I provide cybersecurity training for the North American foundation ISA (International Society for Automation), which issues an international standard for industrial environments: ISA/IEC 62443. In addition to providing training, I advise companies on setting up cybersecurity in industrial environments or critical infrastructures (IACS/ICS/OT environments). This setup includes content based on various standards, team building to ensure the “players” are well-prepared, and ensuring that team members have the right knowledge and skills. In addition to my technical cybersecurity expertise, I have completed several courses on the “soft” aspects of work, including a coaching course, team coaching training, and a course in labor and organizational psychology.
