Dicarma Coaching, Training & Consulting B.V. provides services in the areas of coaching, training, and consultancy, as the company’s name suggests. The owner of this wonderful company is Carlos Montes Portela. Below, he explains what he has to offer.
Driven by my desire for more autonomy and freedom to focus on three areas that give me a lot of energy, I became an entrepreneur. The three areas are: coaching people, providing training in cybersecurity, and helping organizations with the ‘soft side’ of cybersecurity.

Training & Consulting
I provide cybersecurity training for the North American organization ISA (International Society for Automation), which issues an international standard for industrial environments: ISA/IEC 62443. This is a leading standard for IACS/OT environments. Through ISA Europe, based in Eindhoven, I offer training in Dutch, English, and Spanish. Besides providing training, I advise companies on setting up IACS/OT security organizations. This setup involves content from various standards such as ISO/IEC-27001 or ISA/IEC-62443, team building so that the ‘players’ are well-positioned on the field, and ensuring the team members have the right knowledge and skills. In addition to providing advice, I can and am willing to contribute to the implementation of this advice where necessary.
